Our gate hours are 7am - 7pm 7 days a week, except holidays.

Our office is open Monday thru Saturday from 8:30am to 5pm and on Sunday from 11am to 3pm. Office and facility will be closed on all major holidays.

We do not charge a deposit fee, but we do charge a small administration fee.

At Petaluma Self Storage you rent by the month and pay only for the months you need the space. You are not locked into any complicated lease.

We have Resident Managers living on-site. We also have video cameras recording 24 hours a day. On top of that we have perimeter alarms through out the facility. Computer gate access, which is limited to current tenants only

Make certain you enter the "*" key after you enter your security code. If you continue to have problems, it could be an issue with the gate, contact the manager. You may have been denied gate access if your account is past due.

Our pricing is very competitive and typically, specials are not necessary. Based on availability, we do offer rent specials. Military and Seniors get 10% off the first month, when you rent a 10x10 or larger. Always free lock with all storage rentals.

No! we do not offer outside boat or RV storage.

In our office you can pay by credit card, cash, or check. Other options are at the facility's drop box or credit card over the phone. We also can set up an automatic payment plan that debits your credit card on your due date.

No! we do not offer after hours access

We will give you $25.00 rental credit per referral, with no limit to rental credits.

You cannot store any hazardous, toxic, or illegal items. Also, no food or perishable items can be stored in our spaces. If in doubt of what can be stored, please ask the property manager. Examples of items that cannot be stored are: Ammunitions, gasoline, paint, paint thinner, propane, food, produce, plants, fireworks, etc.
